As a Resilience Hub of the Making Cities Resilient 2030 (MCR2030) initiative, Incheon Metropolitan City has hosted the International Disaster Resilience Leaders Forum (IDRLF) since 2022 — an annual platform for sharing practical solutions and lessons for building local and urban resilience in response to growing disaster and climate risks.
The Forum is co-organized with the UNDRR Office for Northeast Asia and Global Education and Training Institute (ONEA & GETI), the Republic of Korea's Ministry of the Interior and Safety, and the Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat, bringing together local governments, national government officials, technical experts, and international organizations from around the world, including Northeast and Southeast Asia.
